This is my brief account of contemporary Greek theatre presented online at the Greek Play Project/EClipse Theatre Festival in New YOrk. What I claim is that in all crises lie great opportunities. The economic and moral depression in Greece, with whatever evils it has brought along, provides a rich field for self reflection; it offers a terrain for the production of a new sense of things, of people, of human relations. What is needed is forward looking energy.
